Introduction

This learning portfolio is about the essential professional abilities that I have built over the course of my internship in IPP Technologies in Sydney city as a Sales and Digital Marketing intern. There is a self-practice on a skill for each week that includes collective action, ethics, ethical values in the work place, communication, sense of oneself, and managing time. As a result of these reflections, I hope to evaluate what is working and not working for me and ways to address such deficiencies in cognitive comprehension and skills application. To complement the theory presented in the literature, this portfolio provides further observations on the purpose: how these capabilities made it possible to achieve success in professional activity and personal growth in a rapidly changing work environment. The reflections allow me to manage the skills acquisition process concerning the present realities of my job and the future job I will undertake.
